 Short Biography

Wenchuan Cai received the Ph.D. degree in the Electrical and Computing Engineering from the North Carolina A&T State University, North Carolina, USA, in 2010. Then he joined in Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, P.R. China. He is currently an associate professor of School of Electronics and Information Engineering. His research interests include rail traffic control and safety, and intelligent monitoring system, fault diagnose and prediction, etc.
